Read and follow the simple instructions provided and you will have no problems with this product! I bought this system for use in my home brewery. I had to collect about 10 gallons of reverse osmosis water for each day of brewing (about 2-3 times a month). I didn't want to spend the hundreds of dollars needed for an entire house system because I only needed small amounts. It seemed like a good price for its intended purpose so I bought it here despite some negative reviews. The device arrived intact and with all the necessary parts, including extra hoses, a razor blade for cutting hoses, and all the tools to connect hoses. The only thing you need is a screwdriver if you want to mount it on the wall with the included screws. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews about the leak. After reading the included instructions to the end, I found the system incredibly easy to install and set up. Connecting the hoses became easy after reading the required section of the "two-click" guide. I turned on the water and didn't notice any leaks. After flushing the system, again as the instructions recommended, I drew clean water at a rate of about 1.5 gallons per hour using a device attached to my existing faucet. I have used the product several times and each time it provides safe, clean water at the advertised price and with no leaks or other issues.
