I like that it has an option of using my own music instead if they already have one available so there’s no need/hassle or extra cost associated with buying your favorite playlist off iTunes etc! It also lets me choose where in their library each song plays from (I can't say this about everything but its great knowing i know exactly what works best when taking shortbreaks!) Also helps motivate some people as well because sometimes we find ourselves being lazy / not motivated enough - especially at first getting used to how long our break should be e.g 5 minutes vs 10 mins which might seem quite lengthy initially?! I like that I can create my own workouts and have them delivered to me in the morning. I also like that I can choose from many different exercises. It is difficult to track how long it takes me to complete each exercise. I would like to see more detailed instructions for some of the exercises. I do not like that the app does not sync with my Apple Watch. I am trying to help myself lose weight and get fit. I have found that Smart Break helps because I can set goals and track my progress easily.
