I received this controller a few days ago and was excited to receive it. I never buy a refurbished one and this time I took a chance because I was looking for a better PC gaming controller that would work better with this method. I opened the case and it was very clean. I go to my computer to plug it in and find that the breakaway cable is nowhere to be found. I've checked the whole package a few times just to make sure I'm not missing anything and no, there isn't a broken USB. That's when I contacted Amazon customer service and while Jervis seemed happy to help, all he did was give me a link to purchase the cable myself. Even though it's only 5-10 pieces, it's frustrating to see that Amazon doesn't offer another solution when the product I bought doesn't work without them. *ATTENTION TO BUYERS*
