Review on Sharp Pebble Sharpening Waterstone Whetstone by Jason Paredes

I give the Sharp Pebble the highest rating for two reasons. First, the company emailed me the user manual so I could review and learn how best to use their product while it was mailed to me. Remarkably proactive. Second, the whetstone did an amazing job restoring the edge of my kitchen knives that had been miserably neglected. Have you ever rented a house and every knife in the kitchen had a butter knife blade? I was almost there. Now the knives cut perfectly. I only have one suggestion for the Sharp Pebble. While the stone includes a useful angled guide that attaches to the blade, and the manual gives clear instructions for preparing the stone and holding the blade while sharpening, it doesn't show how to move the blade. Stone. I had to go to Youtube for advice on the exact method. Historically I was very bad at sharpening a blade due to ignorance. But with the help of video and a good stone, I did an effective job. The base holds the stone perfectly in place and looks inviting in the kitchen.
