Does not fit TiVo Box

Returned. It never connected to my TiVo Roamio box. According to the instructions, pressing the buttons on the remote control will automatically connect the remote control to the set-top box. Never done. Then I went into settings, which said hold down the TiVo icon button and the back button for five seconds. This didn't work either. So I wrapped it up and sent it back. waste of time.
