Overall rating for the cooler and support service (5+1)/2. Received a defective model. Confident in the quality of products from this company, set and forget. Worked for almost a year with an Intel I5-7600K processor and a few months with an I7 8700K. After replacing the processor, I found that it did not fit tightly to the processor on one side (it was corrected by turning the cooler) and the general curvature of the cooler. Naturally, there were no mechanical effects and traces from them. Contacted support and provided photos; expressed his readiness to send the cooler for verification, and in case of detection of my fault, he refused to return it. But a very polite support service made an examination on photographs (!) And refused to replace it due to the fact that a year had already passed. I reminded them about the 6-year warranty and they told me that this case is not covered. I wrote a statement and handed over the cooler to the store where I bought it. Within a month I got my money back.
