Review on 🏌️ KVV Foldable Lightweight Golf Cart with Stylish Scorecard Holder and Storage Bag by Adam Ross

My husband chose this product and I ordered it without reading all the details. I assumed it would be fairly assembled since it was advertised as a lightweight collapsible golf cart. Unfortunately, all the wheels had to be fitted and fitting the front wheel was not an easy task. To make matters worse, the assembly instructions were a joke. There are several small charts and the wording doesn't make sense. I searched the internet hoping to find a video that someone had posted but there was none. According to the manual, the support team is open every day, including weekends, but they don't give you a phone number, just an email address. We sent an email for hours and didn't get a reply until the next day. The support seems to be based in China. They sent me a video but it was a different model. They then sent a series of photos that looked nothing like the product we had. I took the car to my office and asked my colleague to take a look. He was able to assemble it but said the assembly instructions were the worst he had ever seen. My husband is happy with it now that it's assembled, but if I had to do it again I'd just go to the local sporting goods store for an assembled one and save myself a lot of trouble.
