Seller is ok. But the product never felt right from the start. I ordered two because it will be my third and fourth.grr. The dog grabbed it and easily broke it. So I can't say anything about the electronic longevity. I hate it because of its light weight. I figured I could stick it in a piece of mahogany or good brindle oak. As for the whole Klipsch soundbar (I know that's not what the REVIEW is about.)... and what you end up paying for the system, I'm SURPRISED that they give you such a cheap remote control. My TV remote does not connect directly to the external soundbar. So I need it!
