OEM part but still not assembled very well

These are probably the same fans I removed from my Dell Inspirion 15 7577 but they have them poor processing quality. Louder than the originals (unbalanced I guess) but this part is specially molded to fit the car so not much choice. Maybe I'll take the back panel off and 3D print something to add some big, quiet 5V fans to suck the air out of the car.
