Review on Enhanced Performance with LOOK Keo Sprint Pedal: A Sporty Upgrade by Adam Roman

I bought these for my Cad 8 road bike to replace the SPDs I use. They're a lot easier to click on than my old system, but I'm finding them difficult to fit into. Spikes also wear out quickly and replacing them isn't cheap. After two months, the non-slip rubber pad on the front edge of the spike disappeared on one and fell off on the other. I'll live with them at least this season and see how my knees and feet will look. This will be the final test of keeping them or throwing them away.
