Review on Bushnell Tour Pinseeker Laser Rangefinder by Sean Spence

Bought this item for my daughter who plays golf in high school so the range finder is often used. First, the case lasted less than a year and Bushnell replaced him free of charge. The main problem is that the mode button has not worked for the 2 years that the product has been under warranty and is stuck in meters and cannot be reset to yards. We noticed that in the new model they completely changed that imperfect mode button. I sent the item to Bushnell at my own expense and as several people have learned the repair cost $135. Consider this totally unacceptable for Bushnell, especially as the item is still under warranty and upon reviewing a later model they found that they had done away with that flimsy, poorly designed button! Do not recommend this product to anyone because of this poorly designed mode button. Please update to a newer version that doesn't have this button or any other brand! Case spoke to his manager and they decided to send us a new range finder! It was totally unexpected but much appreciated, we just wanted the original range finder repaired under warranty! I still don't recommend V2 but I am very pleased with the way we were treated by the Bushnell representative. His courtesy and understanding have made me a customer for life! :)
