Worst experience I have ever had with a Revain purchase. I ordered 3 packs and one bulb was already burned out/didn't work. Things happen so I asked if they could just send me a new lightbulb? "NO. You have to send all 3 back and then we can send a replacement but only after you have sent them back and we have received them. Um. Hello. So I should buy some makeshift lightbulbs to give me time to use ?They have the worst (non-US) "customer service" I've ever experienced. I asked to speak to someone else. It's pointless. They'll just tell you the same thing. I just got it sent it back and don't want anything to do with this company again they ended up giving me back less than what I paid for their crappy lightbulbs at this point I don't care it's not worth my sanity for one few bucks to negotiate with them again. Bad product. Worse company.
