I bought a new ThermoPro TP20 to go with my new smoker. I bought this cover "to test" so to speak. My last meat thermometer didn't have a case, and it was frustrating at times searching through drawers and cabinets to find where transmitters and temperature sensors were hidden after their last use. Other members of my family have a habit of putting things where they think they work best. I thought the case would make life easier, and it is. Now the receiver, sender and temperature sensors are always in the same place. I don't need to dig. Cheers organization. The case itself is not as cheaply designed and manufactured as I expected. The cutouts for the receiver and transmitter units are very model specific and match the clip/stand on the back of the units. There is also a storage compartment on the bottom for spare batteries so you don't have to run around looking for replacements if/when they run out. The probes are placed in a pocket on the lid. The coverage is deep enough so you don't have to worry about the probes or clips hitting, scratching or breaking the receiver's screen.
