Review on 🚽 Danco HC660 Toilet Fill Valve Repair Kit - 1 Pack, Blue and White by Hassan Tomlinson

This Hydroclean 660 was used in my 10 year old Costco Water Ridge Two - Flush button toilet installed. At first it seemed that the location where the blue steam jet steam pipe connects to the "J" fitting was mismatched due to the configuration of the tank. BUT, after you install it, it fits and works great. I only had to shorten the blue jet tube. I couldn't remove the old overflow hose holder so I just reused it to hold the new fill hose as it held it securely. Installation took about an hour and a half. This includes preparatory work for removing the old valve, cleaning the tank, providing tools and testing. However, it is easy to install. A few tips: read the instructions. Test the fit and learn how to adjust the valve height BEFORE installing it in the tank. Measure twice if you need to cut the blue beam tube. Keep the CL line on the unit just over 1 inch from the top of the overflow, this will keep the fine adjustment screw centered. Note and check the height of the water in the reservoir bowl, you will be surprised if you have overfilled and wasted water in the past. Go slow, take your time, and you'll be fine.
