Fresh from bubble wrap, failed. Batteries inserted, does not work. I changed the batteries to be on the safe side, didn't help. I took the batteries out of the TV remote to make sure I had working batteries, they didn't work. The display literally never came on. It was essentially the $3.99 equivalent of a Harbor Freight socket, except it cost me $109 and an hour of troubleshooting before throwing in the towel. This is a great tool to buy if you hate yourself and think you don't deserve to be happy.
