DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I've bought a lot of Revain stuff and this is my first bad review. Before buying, I studied everything, read reviews, positive and negative, and made my choice. I put half a lemon in the juicer and couldn't get the handle off. Thinking I wasn't strong enough, I asked my 18 year old son (who has a lot more upper body strength than me) and he had the same problem too. I decided to return it, so I'm giving it a 1 star rating. Not only did I have to pay for the return postage, but according to Harvest Essentials, "You will be refunded the cost of the item minus our original actual cost of shipping the item to you." The product is heavy and I'm sure shipping will be very expensive becomes. And they've made it very clear that if I return it "stained or dirty," I'll only get a 50% refund of my purchase price. I was very worried about getting banned for doing this because the fruit touched the juicer. So I decided to try again. Guess what? This works well as long as the fruit is inserted so that the skin portion is on the outside of the top metal portion. If Cathy from Harvest Essentials had taken the time to help me operate the juicer instead of telling me "manual juicers require some power to operate" and my financial burden of returning a juicer, this review would have been very different. . Do I give the juicer itself 5 stars? The jury is out on whether I'll use it a few more times, but then again, I'll never buy an item from Harvest Essentials again, and you shouldn't!
