Normal replacement for headsets and microphones
Works well, the only problem is that the cable, although twisted, is not as flexible as I would like. If the radio isn't attached to something solid, it pulls it toward you instead of unwinding. I know it was cheap and I expected that as I wasn't paying a huge price for a well known brand, just FYI.
