So this case and cover fit perfectly. It seems to protect well and the back cover is "grippy" so it doesn't slip out of your hands like many others. However, one annoying thing is that if you flip the front cover back, the iPad will go back to sleep. It's like the magnet in the lid is too strong or not shielded on one side and the iPad thinks you're putting the lid face down again. If you fold the lid first and then fold it backwards, you're good to go. Otherwise it's pretty good for the price. It replaces an old keyboard cover I've had for years and offers great protection. If you wish, you can also simply remove the front cover or use it as an unobtrusive stand.
