The fact that they have such great customer service is top notch! It's fast and reliable service that gets to your problem spot. We were looking at having two different customer care teams which would be beneficial. But I don't think that this was possible because we couldn't communicate via email. Maybe there are options now? The team has always been so helpful! Their helpdesk support is always quick to answer and can quickly get back to you if an escalation isn't available immediately. They helped us resolve out error when our app stopped working properly. We didn't have any issues once we found their helpdesk. Super easy process! Great customer satisfaction! Really appreciated their great customer service and understanding how our clients work! I like that it's easy to set up and customize the bot to suit our needs. It's also very fast and works well. The customer service team are brilliant! They're always happy to help out and respond quickly too. There really isn't anything I dislike about ACObot, but I will admit that I'm still new to this. I would say to anyone considering using ACOBOT to try it out first if you're unsure. My business has found a new way to engage with our customers through an AI chatbot.
