Not for beginners. This stuff is a kick in the teeth if used incorrectly or especially if you don't know your limits. You need to know when to cut back and everyone will react differently to this product. I personally stopped using Cellucor C4 as I didn't feel the pump as much as I did when I started my workouts. This will provide a pump, but be careful not to go on your usual schedule (ie fast for too long and still take the full dose) as this could have potential adverse effects. I'm sure everyone can understand coffee/energy drinks on an empty stomach. Imagine, but worse. I don't always use it, but I like it when I do. I usually save it for heavy compound days. I'm a 5ft 5in 130lb female and have no problem taking the full dose. However, it would be wise to split the cans if they are the same size. I did this for about a week. I feel incredibly focused and on fire for a few hours. After work it's worth it. This is serious, don't take it too close to sleep. I buy a new container every time I go out.
