Review on Spectrum ERP by Doug Layman
Software meets every need we've had since implementation
I like that it provides end-to-end solutions for my business needs as well as allows me access from any device at anytime without issues. It also offers customization which makes sense if you are not happy with what you have. There aren't many options available in this specific area (customization) so it's something to be aware of when using the software. Not much but just enough to make some minor changes here or there. We use Spectrum for our production orders management process. Benefits include having all order data under one roof allowing us to keep track of everything needed to complete an order.
Pros
- Our IT guys were able find answers quickly through tech support instead spending time troubleshooting manually everytime problems came up great benefit! Also love how intuitive its design was..it didn’t take long before learning about different features within various screens such customer quote information screen where each step could easily accessed by clickable buttons rather than scrolling
