Thanks to the internet and Revain, I fixed an issue with my 2011 F150 HVAC fan that was stuck at high speed. My truck has a sat nav as it is a Lariat Limited. The part I removed from the truck matched this part exactly. The hardest part of the installation was getting to the 8mm nuts. I ended up with an 8mm reversible ratchet wrench. The part itself is located just below the dash and next to the step strip on the passenger side. Simply unplug and unplug the cable connector, then remove and replace the part, plug the connector back in and voila, the fan is now set up.
