Initially, this seems like a well constructed watch box but upon closer examination, you'll see little imperfections that add up.First, the box will not open. I've read prior reviews and chalked it up to people being silly. The lock mechanism moves when the key is turned fully clockwise and counterclockwise but the lid remains firmly closed.Moreover, there are little blemishes and scratches along the leather. On the outer edge of the keyhole there is a small but significant cut that stands out each time I would try to unlock the lid. Looking at it from a birdseye view, one corner has a indentation that seems like something heavy rested on it or was poorly crafted. The stitching looked phenomenal until I found a stitch that is unravelling or was double stiched.TLDR: Buy at your own risk. Perhaps you'll get one that will open and the defects won't bother you.
