I'm sure this filter will do the job advertised. It had a strange smell at first, but after about 24-48 hours of use, the smell went away. It wasn't overwhelming, so don't get upset about it. I drove a 2015 Fiesta SE. Worst place for a cabin air filter, but that's just a non-filter related note. I'll try to post an update when it's time to replace it. Also, it doesn't seem to be as high quality as the last filter I installed, so maybe you can spend a little more to avoid minor glitches.
