I've been using this for about 9 months as a nappy rub and cream. The formula is creamy and thick, which helps with cleansing. My son has never had diaper rash and I really associate that with this product. I use a combination of cloth diapers and disposable diapers. It works great for both. I prefer to use this product with washable cloth towels rather than cotton pads. In the future I plan to buy this for all baby gifts as I really like this product.
