Worth every penny. I've tried a million acne remedies (ranging from cheap to super expensive), hormonal meds (birth control, spironolactone), diet changes (dairy-free, all vegan, etc.), acne teas, etc., and nothing has helped. This cleanser combined with PCA BPO face wash and Zinc for Acne tablets saved my 32 year old combination skin from acne. I've been using the three products together for 6 weeks and have had no pimples using either product. I used to get at least two new pimples a week - both small pimples and red, painful red pimples under the skin that would last for weeks. It's so nice to look in the mirror and see clear skin or touch your face and feel smooth, soft skin.
