I like this plugin because it is simple to integrate, has good customer service support as well all our questions are answered in few minutes by their team of experts from Japan (it sounds weird but its truth). It have some problems when we try export report or send email via Email Studio then there was an error occurred while uploading file that need more time than expected so be careful if you do not want your data lost during upload process. For now i can say its great integration between two platforms which will help us increase engagement level without additional cost/effort needed compared other tools available out here in market. We use these products mostly used within sales force using various tool such as Pardot etc where they also make sure user experience smooth at best possible way before final conversion into purchase behavior happens later. I like everything about the plugin. It works great. The customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help. There is nothing that I dislike about this product. I wish it had more integrations with other platforms such as Salesforce and Slack. We use the plugin mainly for our clients. They can now create their own postcards and send them out using our software. This has allowed us to cut down on paper mailing costs as well as having better control over who receives our mailings.
