I originally purchased this product to see if it would help reduce hair fall from showering and brushing my hair. After using it for about 2 weeks I really didn't notice a reduction in the amount of hair I was losing. However, the shampoo and conditioner make it incredibly easy to brush your hair after you shower. The number of knots is minimal and most of the time my hair is combed in a few minutes. This can help reduce hair loss. Overall good but don't expect miracles. Nice mild scent, makes combing hair MUCH easier after showering.
