Review on Tribal-Patterned CollarDirect Martingale Dog Collar: Adjustable And Heavy-Duty Collars For Medium To Large Dogs by Mike Cassidy

I've been looking for a martingale that is cute and fun but doesn't take away from it's functionality. The colors are vibrant and pretty and the fabric is sturdy but soft, but not so soft that it loosens on its own like some collars do. Now all of that aside I am VERY disappointed that in the picture the pieces holding the collar together are metal and what I got is plastic that my dog can break with a good tug. I love the look of this collar, and it may seem harsh, but am sorely disappointed in the durability and that's what dropped it down to two stars. I get a martingale collar for the safety of my nervous dog so he can't get away if he gets spooked and this just doesn't fit the bill.
