The instruction manual is hard to follow. The pressure cooker isn't intuitive at all. It seems like it should be with the programmable buttons, but it's not. The first time I used it, the recipe turned out well inspite of its limitations. The second time- it's turning out to be an expensive disaster with some pricey ingredients. Avoid.
