I ordered this so I can make potatoes for potato salad. I used red potatoes, peeled and diced 5 pounds of potatoes, which is perfect, added potatoes, 2 1/2 cups water and 1 tsp salt to my pressure cooker, pressure cooked with quick release for 5 minutes, immediately added potatoes to cold water and the perfect potato salad. It is very easy to take out of the pot and can also be cleaned quickly. Love it. I liked it so much I shared it and I have two friends who also ordered it from Revain.
