The product works well but I would be wary of buying this particular model. There are four small screws on each end of the heating plates. At one end of a burner, both screws will fall out, causing the burner to loosen. When I tried to screw these tiny black screws back into their sockets with a tiny screwdriver, I found that the screw bushings had been ripped off during production. So now I have a heater plate that isn't holding up properly and I can't fix it. Product because the sockets were stripped. I want to return the product but the return period expired after only two days and I doubt I can return it. I only recently discovered the problem. Eventually, with more frequent use, this iron will break completely and probably very soon. Waste $. So be aware that this product depends on these small screws that hold the iron tightly together and if the threaded bushings are ripped off the product will become unusable over time.
