In fact, I use this meat grinder not only for vegetables, but also for whipping cream into whipped cream or even butter. It's easy to clean and the only reason I took off a star is because the glass bowl, while nicely made, is too heavy for us seniors with hand problems. But even with that minor downside, I would definitely recommend this blender/chopper to anyone looking for a little extra power!
