This thing is so cool! I bought it because we often stayed at home and my usual breakfast of scrambled eggs was already tired. I can't believe how fast this works. Once it's preheated I drizzle it with some oil, add the egg mixture I made and close it. It's true, in other reviews they say it doesn't have a temperature setting. So I did it: I let it boil for about two minutes and then unplugged it. This way the bottom of the omelet won't burn. Then after a few minutes I turn it back on. Fluffy, delicious omelettes are ready in less than 10 minutes. It's so cool because you can do two different looks at the same time. I like to add tomatoes, onions, spring onions, parsley and/or peppers to my omelets. My husband only wants eggs. It's really great that I can cook breakfast for both of us at the same time if we enjoy it. If you are thinking of buying this product then buy it! It gets very hot so be careful. Cleaning is a bit difficult because the lid cannot be opened completely. A bit like a George Foreman grill trying to jump out of your hand. Just let it cool completely and dampen a paper towel. Buy it!
