Review on 🚧 Toddlers' Excavator Accessories for Construction Vehicles by Raymond Wade

I bought this for my son for his 3rd birthday because he is obsessed with construction equipment and wanted a crane. He loved it. However, I didn't like that the 3 faucet control cords were just thin threads (mostly thick sewing threads) and kept getting tangled. Exactly 6 weeks after opening the box, the toy broke. The rope that powers the crane hook broke so the toy is now non-functional, useless and of no interest to my son. The return window is of course closed, so I'm stuck with a piece of junk. He asked for a toy crane that wouldn't break - I'll have to see what I can find. As for the head-changeable excavator, it is difficult for a 3-year-old child to change the head; This must be done by an adult. It has no cords so it may take a little longer. UPDATE 11/13/21. In the last 10 days I have received 6 emails from the seller asking for my negative feedback to be removed. They initially offered to refund me $50 (more than what I paid for the product) if I delete my negative review. Then they lowered it to $40. Now they just ask me to remove my negative feedback in exchange for a refund (no amount given). I think it's important for consumers to know the truth about a product, so I won't delete my review. I urge buyers to buy from another seller as they are clearly unethical.
