What a lovely coffee warmer and despite the reviews I've read from others about constant temperature control I decided to keep it shortly after receiving it Warm your mug and don't return it because of this tremendous danger: If you turn it off and then absentmindedly put a flammable object on it, e.g. B. a book or magazines, mail or, God forbid, your cell phone, it will automatically turn on and heat up. FIRE HAZARD! But I have other mug warmers at home that don't, so I've made the firm decision to ONLY use this one on my kitchen counter where there are no flammable materials nearby and there is enough space around it. I just love that it keeps coffee just the way I like it - most cup warmers are pathetic in this regard. I do not recommend you to use this heater in rooms or places where it could accidentally be exposed to flammable substances.
