My goal was to lose weight, so I bought a sports belt and this watch. I bought the watch to track my weight loss. It counts how many steps you took, your heart rate, timer and so on. You can connect the watch to your phone via Bluetooth and it will notify you when you have a message and you can stop the music from the watch. They are sold cheap but used like any other expensive brand watch.
