Good for a person on a budget

It does its job. I can see him pretty well. I know some people have struggled and talked about using it to look at the sun. Yes, it lights up and then goes into the sun. But when I weld with him, he does what he has to do. If you are looking for something simple and not breaking the bank, I would recommend this. Plus, you can't go wrong with the American Eagle!

Pros

The light valve (LCLV) in this product can switch from light to dark as soon as an arc occurs, based on the principle of photovoltaics. The degree of shading can be adjusted from DIN 9 to 13.
