Review on Order Up Analytics by Ronald Reese

My favorite thing about this software is I don't think we realized how organized everything was before now! Before, our restaurant's inventory looked like it came out of an old school computer with lots in one folder & some spread around - no way for us (or employees) to really track what we need or have at any given time!! It has not only solved that problem but also helped make accounting so straight forward too. We are constantly working new apps into their platform which allows customers/partners from other business areas access to information they would normally never see such as employee payroll data etc.. The customer service is outstanding, they are always there for you when you need them. They have been very helpful in our journey of learning how to use their platform. The dashboard can be confusing at first but soon becomes easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this software to any restaurant looking to improve their food safety practices. We have been able to track all of our food safety metrics and have seen significant improvement in our results since using this software.
