I really like the industrial look of the shelf, but due to the terrible assembly instructions I didn't give it five stars in the first place. Below was a review from a mom from La Crosse who has a very nice photo that I was just working from to put mine together. I would definitely recommend a friend to help hang it on the wall. The mounting plates are about 21 inches apart and don't match my cleats. That's why you can see in the photos that I used black painted horizontal boards for the assembly. I actually like how it turned out a lot more than if they matched the cleats and there was nothing behind them. I also added a little finishing touch with a cheap LED motion sensor. All in all a really good product, however it will take some time to install - just be patient.
