When I buy kitchenware here, I usually expect a big disappointment. Either the item is very cheaply made and falling apart, or it's much smaller than expected and largely unusable. However, I am incredibly happy with this spatula set! Each piece is a one piece construction with no gaps meaning there are no gaps for bacteria to grow in and all sorts of other things that make me anxious lol. In addition, this also means that no disassembly/assembly is required for cleaning or storage. All of my past spatulas have had interchangeable heads, which seems pretty cool at first, but over time I've found that cleaning them hurts, drying them properly is even worse, they're full of crevices where dirt collects and my inner Germaphobia provokes, and on top of that some wear out over time and even peel off during cooking, which is definitely NOT the desired result! So yes, being a one piece design is a HUGE deal for me and these spatulas do a great job! Another feature I am very happy with is the design of the spatulas. I grew up using spatulas like the red and orange models in this set, but had no idea what I was missing until I used the others. The purple and teal spatula are slightly concave and curved inward so they have a flexible lip around them that's great for picking up sauces, liquids and more, and the little blue spatula is a nifty knife/sliver that really is very handy for spreading sauces evenly or something else. I haven't had them all that long so can't give a long term opinion on durability but I've used a ton of them so far and they're holding up with no issues and they haven't melted or loosened with normal use. I'd say for the price it's at least worth a try!
