I can't say enough good things about this pre workout. One I like is sour apple. So soft. Mixes well. This flight pre-workout has fewer ingredients than the last pre-workout I used from another company. Which is better because I don't want to put too much junk in my body. Which is very important with Bare Performance Nutrition. The flight worked great for me. I was focused and had a lot of energy during my workout. And most importantly, I had no consequences during the day.
