A good call center Phone System that's user friendly

I like it for its features to manage my business contacts all in one place with no more need to switch between applications or look up information from different sources. It also has great customer service so if you have an issue they are always there to help! The only thing i dislike about this phone system is how slow their website can be when trying to login. Sometimes takes forever just loading even simple pages compared to other providers. Also sometimes not sure why your account was suspended but we don't know until days later which could cost us money because our clients were calling during those times. This solved problems having multiple contact managers across many departments at once while keeping everyone organized.
