I give 4 stars because it's a lot of work, there weren't enough glue dots to hold the balloons. Maybe I should have gone to YouTube first but I figured it wouldn't be that hard. Lie! I'll definitely hire someone to do it next time. I hung this garland for my son's 15th birthday at a house party since we were still locked away. I thought it would be nice to try to decorate it and make it feel special. It worked out well, he was only up for a few hours but long enough for us to take photos and enjoy a few games. I just burst a few balloons while hanging a garland. Not enough to note the lack of balloons. Be sure to order an air pump for this, it takes too many balloons to fill the garland. I wish they had more gold balloons and confetti filled balloons. I ordered 2 because another review said many balloons have holes. Luckily I didn't have this problem but I'm glad I ordered two because I was able to use more gold bullets for the second pack. Overall this is a great product, you just need to add a lot more glue dots and more gold and confetti balloons. Please don't try to assemble it on the day of the party like I did! Rschunimagu
