Worth the cost; bright, high-quality light
These bulbs cost extra if you need a little more brightness, especially with high ceilings. We have 9 foot ceilings and I wanted a brighter light over our master shower. This one is perfect and provides the extra light we need and makes a nice impression too. pure shades. It's significantly brighter than the 65W LED equivalent it replaced and is the perfect amount of light for the room and ceiling height. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and I hope the lamp will last as long as LEDs normally do. If that fails, I'll update my review accordingly. Cree makes very good quality LEDs so I'm sure they will last a long time.
