They are very large. After adjustment, they are suitable for a large puppy/cat. different colors. And I matched them to the puppies with 5 blue/green collars, 8 yellow/green collars, 6 purple/blue collars, 3 pink/orange collars and 2 orange/yellow collars. 18 puppies need different collars to tell them apart. These collars just don't fit. The picture when purchasing these collars showed several different colors. Anyway, false advertising! I will not buy again.
