Too bad it didn't work for my pup.

First off, this is a great product. A bit flimsy for a medium sized dog but works really well for my lovely pup as long as it stays in place. The problem is more with my dog than with the product. McKinley's snout is like a sperm whale, big on top and tiny on the bottom, so the strap keeps slipping off. As long as he's on it, it's enough to make the walk enjoyable. If there was a strap from the bottom of the strap to the collar it would work. Another oddity is that this one is slim but has a clip. Another one from the same manufacturer is wider and stronger without the clamp so it no longer works for the same reasons.
