The adjustment mechanism dangles a bit; I put tape on it and it works great!

Works great. My dog has stopped pulling on the leash. I removed the leash extender that came with the kit and attached the leash to the collar and his regular collar, making it impossible for him to pull the leash off his muzzle as easily. My only complaint is that the adjustable mechanism is so easy to adjust that even my dog can loosen it and if I accidentally bump it while putting it on, it also loosens. I put a small piece of tape on it and now it works great!

Don't buy this from collars, harnesses and leashes

I've had it for 5 days and used it extensively during my Thanksgiving break. From the first wearing until now I was not happy and neither was my dog. She finds it even more uncomfortable than the other brand. The snap mechanism is off-center, forcing you to snap behind your ear, making it difficult to use. The latch is also one-way, so if you twist the wire, it won't insert. And the plastic latch is now bent and I suspect it will break soon. Plus, you have to micro-adjust the fit every time you

Too bad it didn't work for my pup.

First off, this is a great product. A bit flimsy for a medium sized dog but works really well for my lovely pup as long as it stays in place. The problem is more with my dog than with the product. McKinley's snout is like a sperm whale, big on top and tiny on the bottom, so the strap keeps slipping off. As long as he's on it, it's enough to make the walk enjoyable. If there was a strap from the bottom of the strap to the collar it would work. Another oddity is that this one is slim but has aโ€ฆ

Great product and customer service

My 12 year old Border Collie has always been a farm dog and we now live in the suburbs with a gated yard. I've tried walking her a few times and she was practically out of breath trying to chase squirrels and such. In classic border collie fashion, she also tries to stay in the family circle when she goes for hikes or walks. So there was so much traction and I felt sorry for her. With this product, it became easy and pleasant for us and our dog to go for walks and hikes. It was difficult toโ€ฆ
