Don't buy this from collars, harnesses and leashes

I've had it for 5 days and used it extensively during my Thanksgiving break. From the first wearing until now I was not happy and neither was my dog. She finds it even more uncomfortable than the other brand. The snap mechanism is off-center, forcing you to snap behind your ear, making it difficult to use. The latch is also one-way, so if you twist the wire, it won't insert. And the plastic latch is now bent and I suspect it will break soon. Plus, you have to micro-adjust the fit every time you wear them. This really isn't the easy, convenient, and permanent solution I wanted. I'm upset that I bought this.
