Spiky Velcro - Hair Cutting Tools
Beautiful and bright cape for hair cutting. It doesn't level up while you cut your hair and pick up the ingredients. There is velcro to adjust the neck opening but the velcro has sharp edges and feels scratchy and I have to be extra careful or my baby will start to complain. I wish they had used a nice softer velcro that doesn't catch on hair and has softer edges. The fabric looks like very thin nylon to me.
